How to Lessen Body Fat

Cholesterol normally falls under two categories, LDL (bad) and HDL (good).  The difference between the two is that LDL is responsible for clogging the arteries while HDL acts by attaching itself to LDL and helping it to find its way to the liver where it is cleansed out of the body. Knowing the optimum numbers for both LDL (100mg/dL) and HDL (60mg/dL or higher) will help you to gauge whether there is a potential risk to your health. This will also help you find ways on how to lessen body fat. The good news though is that there are numerous ways how people can get their numbers to their optimal levels. Some experts believe that there are four basic methods to keep cholesterol values in check.

First is to maintain a healthy diet.  Second is to keep an active lifestyle by exercising regularly. Third is making sure that you are at the correct weight range and BMI (Body Mass Index).  And last, in some extreme cases, is to resort to medication, to get back into the healthy zone.     For Women the Shake Weight burns 18.3 calories a minute compared to 2.27 calories with a regular dumbbell of the same weight. For Men its 36.5 calories per minute compared to 4.54 calories.
